Baby Center Huge, overwhelming site which covers everything from pregnancy to raising your child. Has an active forum section as well. We recommend the  Free Baby Tracking Worksheets to keep track of feedings/sleeping/diaper changes, although a simple piece of paper works as well.

Netmums The UK equivalent of Baby Center with a very active forums. Of course they have a baby sleep guide section as well.
